Description: This table contains a summary of property characteristics for each parcel.  It returns one line per account, regardless of the number of buildings on the parcel. If you are wanting individual lines per building, you will want to use the ImpsCurrentInvntry data table. For assistance accessing this product, please see Greeley's accessibility site. Following are definitions for each of the field names:ACCOUNTNO – Account NumberPARCELNB – Parcel NumberACCTTYPE – Account Type (i.e. Vacant Land, Residential) – Represents predominant use of the property.BLDGS – Number of buildings on the parcelLEA – Land Economic Area – This field correlates with the LEA data table to give you a description of the LEA.SUBNO – Subdivision #PROPTYPE – Property Type – This represents the property type of the primary improvement (structure) on the property.OCCCODE1 – Occupancy Code – This is the first Occupancy Code of the building.OCCCODE2 – Occupancy Code – This is the second Occupancy Code of the building if there is more than one Occupancy Code.OCCCODE3 - Occupancy Code – This is the third Occupancy Code of the building if there is more than two Occupancy Codes.IMPABSTCODE – Improvement Abstract Code.
