There is one line in the table for each building or section of building (in multi-use buildings) on the parcel/account. Following are definitions for each of the field names:ACCOUNTNO – Account NumberBLDGID – This is an arbitrary building #. If there is more than one building on an account, each building will have a different #. PROPTYPE – This field describes the type of Property.SF – Total Square Feet of structure.BLTASSF – Total Square Feet of building section. Will match the SF field unless the building has more than one section (i.e. part office, part residential).MULTIBLTASFLAG – Indicates whether there are multiple Built As descriptions.CONDOSF – Square footage of Condos.UNITTYPE – Indicates location of Condo, Townhouse, Triplex, etc. (i.e. inside vs. end unit)OCCUPANCY – Indicates how the property is being used.
