A development concept master plan is intended to provide for the conceptual planning of future land uses and related densities and intensities, architectural intent, extensions of street systems, as well as other public facilities and utilities on properties and to identify where development of such properties may be complicated by unusual conditions, such as topography, utility service, or land use.
